Meadows Park Health & Rehabilitation

My family and I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Meadows Park Health & Rehabilitation. My mother was greeted with a warm welcome and a feeling of being "at home". Everyone including the therapist, nurses, and the office staff have provided outstanding care of her. She receives a monthly calendar with holiday celebrations and activities which keeps her socializing. As for the facility and grounds, my mother enjoys the patio areas while my family appreciates the security for entry and exit. We give this facility a five star rating!

My daddy was admitted to Meadows Park after having a very extensive neck surgery. Before admission he was unable to walk or perform most tasks without extensive assistance. Even before his admission day the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The admission process was flawless and from day 1 he was treated like family. From administration to housekeeping, the nursing staff and therapy department were nothing short of amazing to my daddy and to our family. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful facility and amazing, highly skilled staff!

I've had multiple family members whom have went through there and all received the care they all needed. I have a family friend there now and the family feels like it was the best decision they have made for the rehab their husband/father has needed and is getting. Keep up the good work.

Meadows Park has been amazing since my father came through the doors. He was there for therapy and did so well! Highly recommend!!

This place is the best nursing home and rehab around, excellent staff, residents and patients are treated very very nicely, I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs rehab or long term care to go there. Definitely 5 star
