Regrettably, they were excellent dentists; however, due to my husband's absence and the lack of a reliable childcare arrangement, I was dismissed. I understand the policies in place, but emergencies arise, and children can fall ill. I felt it was the right decision not to bring my sick children into a waiting room, especially my toddler, who cannot be left unattended. It's unfortunate that instead of reaching out to me for a conversation, they chose to send a letter. Contacting me by phone would have been much more straightforward. I will never apologize for prioritizing my children, and I believe it is illegal to leave them home alone. Therefore, I prefer to accept the dismissal letter. If you are in the military and lack support, I advise against visiting this dental office. They do not

I have really bad dental anxiety and everyone at this office has been so kind, gentle, and professional. Dr. Divano and her assistant did a wonderful job of educating me and how to improve my dental health. The receptionists are lovely to work with. My dental cleanings are usually painful and nerve racking but I'd had the best experience here. I'm very grateful I found this dentist office.

I went back in February 2019 Dr and Divano was an amazing dentist. She and her back office staff are so kind and they do their absolute best within your comfort zone. I had my front two crowns replaced because I was allergic to the metal of the old ones and because they wouldn’t stay in. Her team was patient was the process was painful and had me come back a second time to complete the process instead of trying to do it that day with all the pain. They always have a smile to share! Pity I no longer live in the states. She was the best dentist I’ve seen. As for the front desk, when I went, the receptionist there was so kind. She was always willing to go the extra mile and explain things how she could, asking for help when needed. However, I called today and it was a different receptionist

I have had some unusually traumatic experiences at a past dental office as well as some other people in my family so I have a decent amount of dental anxiety. Dr. Divano and her staff here are absolutely amazing though. From the front office staff to the back. Jill is an absolute joy to speak with, she is so sweet and nice and really on top of her game. Tony was my hygienist and he was fantastic, super friendly and took great care of me. My assistant has always been Riley and shes the absolute sweetest, shes also very good about checking in with me to see how I'm doing. And Dr. Divano, she is just wonderful. So friendly and great at what she does. At my first appointment she made sure to ask me what I typically dislike about the dentist so she was aware and could work around it. I went in

Scheduled an appointment a couple of months ago. Call in the day before to complete a covid screening over the phone to find out my appointment had been given to someone else because I did not call back in to the office fast enough. This is what I call an unknown rule this dental office holds because this was not a policy mentioned in the paperwork I completed prior to becoming a new patient with this office I delayed my trip to ID State for this appointment. I had tried to reschedule and was told I'd have to wait until April so I kept the appointment and put myself of the cancellation list in the hopes of getting in earlier. Did not happen.
