Horrible doesn’t even come close to describing this place. I knew it used to be a bad place but I’d hoped that it had changed since it’s a new company. The 2 ladies that came to evaluate my dad were wonderful, so I was willing to give them a chance…what a let down! They texted us that his room was ready and they were waiting on us. Well, we walked in and saw dirty laundry in the corner, old food from the previous patient, the bed was wet just in the middle as if someone had peed in it and it hadn’t been cleaned, the floor was nasty. If someone had apologized and said they just didn’t have it cleaned yet, I would’ve felt a little better, but a woman came in and said it had been cleaned they just needed to get the old stuff out of the room.
