Meadow Falls of Rocky River

I came from out of town to visit my grandma, Betty. Very clean and I found the staff to be top notch. They were extremely helpful and attentive. They were continuously engaged with the patients and even had a lovely Christmas service for them. I have to admit I was surprised at how wonderful this facility was. Thank you. It means the world to me that my grandma is getting such great care.

It's fairly clean. Ideal for independent people or seniors who need minimal oversight. Seems to be short handed often, especially weekends, and a few nurses have rude, but most of the staff are very nice and easy to work with. DON and ADON are responsive to concerns and work hard to keep residents happy and safe. Plenty of activities

In 2018 our Mother was in 2 nursing homes. The family was not impressed for multiple reasons. Mom said: if I'm going to die-take me home, so we did. This is the 3rd nursing home since 2023 that our brother has been placed in. NOT being an advocate for nursing homes-we agree, RRV is very nice by comparison. It's very clean, staff is positive, friendly & they are very watchful over our brother. So far, we feel blessed for our brother to have been accepted @ RRV. If a fault lies anywhere it would be with nursing home owners & nursing homes that are short staffed.......however, that seems to be a problem in any business sector post Covid.

Staff did not knock. Dim lights, slooooow elevator. Stuffy inside, depressing. Sorry. Good points: daily eyes on residents, laundry, meals, housekeeping provided.
