Meadow Brook Dental

Most informative and thorough dental exam and cleaning I have ever received. I had avoided the dentist for many years, due to being over-diagnosed and misdiagnosed too many times by greedy or overly enthusiastic dentists... Everyone at Meadow Brook Dental was so kind and direct with their communication. The dentist is no-nonsense, unafraid to call people out on poor habits. No sugar-coating! Love it! The hygienist, Cathy, could have a second career as an educator for young and old, with how well she explained absolutely every step of the process. I am 100% satisfied and will be back!

I am handicapped and my med ride cancelled on me this morning for my 810am appointment and so I called BEFORE THEY WERE OPENED AND LEFT A VMAIL… by 242pm I had called them too ask too change my appointment date and they told me NO cuz I messed up there timing . Do u kno how hard it is too find a decent dentist IM MAD!!!!! All they had too do was look or listen too there voicemails and call one back- GRRRRR

I love this place. I drove 2 hours to go here, needed a tooth pulled. I went to 3 places and would not pull my tooth. Stating I needed to make an appointment to get it extracted, I thought that’s what I was doing. So I saw this ad for this clinic, and like I said drove two hours, and so glad that I did. I am impressed by the whole staff and now I found a dentist I can go to and trust.

If I could do zero stars, I would. This clinic did a root canal, it has since become infected, and they refuse to cover their own mistake. They claim that this kind of thing, "Just happens." I prefer to frequent a place where this kind of thing doesn't just happen. On the positive side, the root canal was relatively cheap...

The receptionist sure is rude. Glad I went elsewhere.
