MDH Monmouth Clinic

My family has had two great experiences at the new Monmouth convenience clinic. My daughter was seen for a sore throat and the care was awesome, quick. I came in the following week and was treated for an urgent issue. The provider, Jennifer LeMaster, fixed my issue quickly and even called to see how I was doing a few days later. She explains things very well. 10/10 recommend.

MDH is absolute garbage. They falsely advertise that they are accepting new ENT patients. If you call, you will find out they haven't had ENT in Monmouth for several months and have no plans to have ENT come back to Monmouth. But let's keep the signs up saying "accepting patients, call for an appointment!" Can't wait to see them leave Monmouth. Don't even get me started on that walk in..... Hire some providers who know what they're talking about. Christina is rude and makes you feel stupid when you talk to her. She didn't even do a physical assessment when I came in. Stood across the room.

I have been feeling sick for a week and a half along with my 3 year old. We went here and loved it! They were so kind and helpful to me and gentle with my daughter. MDH continues to be a place I will choose.

I was looked at like I was drug addict. And talk down to. And doctor was vary rude, and they stood across the room didn't even come close to me.
