MD Today Urgent Care - Carmel Valley

Scheduling was super easy and quick for a Saturday….had to wait 35 minutes to be seen even with appointment.  Still way better than an ER visit would have been… Reception and X-Ray was great. PA was very good as well.  Diagnosed and prescribed meds very efficiently.  Was feeling way better that evening after appointment! Would definitely go again if needed

Urgent Cares can be a stressful experience, but the caring, sweet people here made it a comforting, peaceful and reassuring experience for me. I was just in a car accident, blind-side t-boned on my driver side truck, totalling my vehicle and cutting my foot (blessed and thankful that’s all it was), but the receptionist, nurse aide and doctor on duty all made it a positive experience for me. Go figure! I highly recommend this Urgent Care facility, and would gladly revisit (without the injury). 🤣

Made an appointment and went in today for hearing loss in one ear and general discomfort. Because of parking issues, arrived on the nose, and was ushered in within 5-10 minutes. Diagnosis and eventual treatment were both done courteously and efficiently. Both people "working" on me were pleasant, humorous and quite good, as was the receptionist. Recommend them highly.

Going to urgent care on Christmas Eve was definitely not on my list for Santa, but I’m so grateful I ended up here. I came in for a dog bite because my job required it, and from the moment I walked in I was treated with care and kindness. The receptionist Megan was incredibly attentive, the nurse Kristin was calm, understanding, and reassuring. But most importantly the doctor Leti truly stood out! She was personable, caring, and real, honestly the first doctor I’ve felt truly comfortable with since moving to California. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. If I need a doctor in the future I’m going to look for Dr. Leti. Thank you to the entire team! Merry Christmas !

Found this clinic through blue shield app, so grateful I found MD Today urgent care the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The medical staff were efficient and caring. The doctor listened to my concerns, performed a thorough examination, and explained my treatment options clearly. I appreciated the prompt and professional service, especially since I didn't have an appointment. I highly recommend this clinic for urgent medical needs.
