Awakened yesterday morning with an eye infection and went over to MD plus urgent and family care where I was fortunate enough to see Michael Cooper, a PA with a wonderful bedside manner. I was taken care of in a timely manner and prescribed an antibiotic for my eye.Looking at my eye today, It's much better. I appreciate the wonderful care that I had!

In 2024 of March, I walked in and I asked if they were in network they said yes they took my co-pay and everything was fine. I never received the statement or anything stating that I owe them any kind of money so I believed they were in network and continue to go to their location up until October 2024. We are now in September 2025 and I just received a statement for all of My visits in 2024. Don’t go there if you don’t wanna end up paying full go to your local provider call your provider first and ask them where you can go. These people are scammers. Try to find the company that is sending the letters in regards to owing money so that I can pay it online and have record of my payment and there is nothing available.

I would keep away from this facility. They tell you they’re in network except co-pays and then bill you for out of network. Which is fraud. Once you accept a co-pay, it is a contract saying they’re an in network provider. Just got off the phone with my insurance company. They said this is fraud. We have all the documents to prove it and they will not be getting paid. I have left phone calls for over two weeks and I’m not the only one. Apparently they have over 50 people calling they don’t return phone calls and they have a lot of excuses.

Walked in at 0805...said opened at 8...only one person walking around back saying receptionist would be in soon...after 20 minutes I left. No one ever showed to check in the several people waiting. Patients complaining loudly to the one guy in the back who seemed to not give a damn. I wont be going back...went to the clinic on Congress and atlantic and walked right in.

Arrived Christmas morning to obtain a Covid test for upcoming surgical procedure. Been here since 9:30AM. Check in process was nonexistent. As I was waiting outside on the sidewalk to check in, other people just walked in cutting the line and couldn’t care less about the other people waiting their turn. Receptionist behind the desk checking in didn’t even bother to have a mask. Shouldn’t take hours for a nasal swab. If I really didn’t need this test I would have left hours ago. Don’t come to this place. Poorly run and all professionals working in health care should be masked up.
