MD Plus Urgent Care

This is a nice Brand New Urgent Medical location with fast service mainly because Dr. Is in-house. They do have very clean lobby and examination rooms with very nice people. Its hard to see from the road because signs in front of the office sign.

Perfect / Sorry. Just saw some other reviews and don’t understand why they had a bad experience. My first time going to there facility. Warmly welcomed on the way in. Took my insurance without any issues. Was welcomed into an exam room within 5 minutes. The nurse was warm and friendly and the PA was the same. Great bunch of people all with a smile on there faces. This is urgent care and I would conclude that it was well done urgent care. Thanks

This clinic billed both mine and my husband’s insurance for a date of service over a month after we came here for a PCR test. They billed a level 3 new patient visit and additional $75 for the Covid test. The young man at the desk, when we registered did not bother to tell us they were going to send in a physician to do an exam so they could bill our insurance for an office visit. The entire bill went to my 2021 deductible due to their billing error on the date of service. The doctor came in the room after the Covid PCR was administered and spent exactly 2 minutes with us and listened to our hearts and took a pulse. I visited the facility last Sunday to clean and redress a wound that I received last Friday night night. The nurse practitioner cleaned and redressed the wound with perfection. She advised me to come back to reclean and redress the following day. Upon arrival I was taken care of by an elderly man who scared me due to the fact that his hands were shaking. When he cleaned and redressed the wound he wrapped it with gauze and used tape around my arm tightly. When I told him that I am dialysis and he shouldn't make it tight due to possible vain damage he ignored me and sent me on my way. This morning at dialysis it was an abosute nightmare. I usually receive 2 needles, one for the blood flow out and one for the blood flow back it. This morning, because the elderly person didn't listen to me it

Came here for a rapid COVID test and they were only offering out of pocket payment ($100). They will not go through your insurance and I have followed up 3 times to get the necessary info to file my own claim and no response.
