MD Now Urgent Care - Winter Park

On 12/14/25 at 8:38am, I went in seeking care for my daughter after she had a 107°F fever the night before and a 104°F fever at the time of the visit. When I informed the front desk employee of this, she immediately responded, “Well, you should’ve taken her to the hospital last night,” in a dismissive and judgmental tone. The employee went to the back to speak with staff and then returned and told me that they could not see my daughter and that I needed to take her to a hospital. While I understand being referred to the ER, the manner in which this was communicated lacked professionalism and compassion during a very stressful situation involving my child. The ladies who work here are lovely! I was greeted with a smile the moment I walked in, and I was called back shortly even though I didn’t have an appointment. Louvenie made me feel heard and understood, while nurse practitioner Susan Coonce made me laugh even though I wasn’t feeling well. I highly recommend this urgent care because the staff there is absolutely great!

Went to MDNow 1/30/26 for a 14 day long migraine. Maria at the front desk quickly checked me in and had me in the back in no time. Ariel is super sweet and the best at injections. Took my vitals and asked how I was. Then Dr. Johnson came in and was genuinely concerned about my headaches. He offered to call in a prescription for me and ordered an injection. Gave me a doctor’s note for missing work and said they were there if I needed anything else. This is my second time going here and the service was great each time. Thank you guys!

Ariel was amazing beyond words. So attentive & helpful. It was my first time coming in for a pre employment test & she walked me through the process while being kind & patient. Sasha was a dream in real life. I was having trouble with the sign in process when I first arrived & she went out of her way to check up on me to make sure I had everything down. Great smile & customer service to a long way !!! I wish every experience was like the one I had today.

I have come to this urgent care on a couple of occasions and the staff is always incredibly kind. The wait times are usually very minimal in my experience as well. On my most recent visit Ariel’s service was a standout. She was incredibly sweet and created a comforting environment for me as a patient as soon as she walked into the room.
