MD Now Urgent Care - West Orlando

I was a patient at MD Now West Orlando today and had a great experience from start to finish. The check-in process was fast and straightforward, and Chloe at the front desk greeted me warmly and made everything easy. MA Griselle, RT Terri, and Dr. Chua were all amazing and worked together efficiently while still paying close attention to the small details of my care. They explained what they were doing, moved quickly without making the visit feel rushed, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes, which I really appreciated given how busy urgent care can be.

I saw Dr. Chua and had an excellent experience. He was very kind, professional, and efficient, and made the visit quick and stress-free. I really appreciated how smooth everything was. My husband also saw Dr. Chua two days ago and had a great experience as well. We both felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.

I had the pleasure of working with Terri today during my DOT drug test, and I want to take a moment to highlight how exceptional she was. From the moment I arrived, Terri was incredibly sweet, polite, and professional. She communicated clearly and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Terri carries herself with grace and speaks with kindness and confidence. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and respectful demeanor truly stood out. Employees like her reflect well on your company and deserve to be recognized. A pay raise or acknowledgment of her outstanding work would be more than well earned. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this experience crossed a line. This was my first time using my insurance and visiting an urgent care, and I had several questions. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude, unpolite, and unwilling to help. The rest of the team was kind and polite, but because of this front desk experience, I will not be returning.

I typically go to carespot, but truly believe coming here wasn’t a fluke, it was a blessing. From start to finish, the front desk was kind and understanding, the nurse was an absolute gem and very knowledgeable and insightful. Doctor Chua went above and beyond. This is where we will go from now on when we need to get in asap. Overall beyond my expectations
