From the minute you walk in, this urgent care makes you feel welcome. Darline at the front desk sets the tone with her kindness and warm, welcoming spirit. Jamal’s friendly personality and sense of humor immediately put me at ease. PA Gio was outstanding—his exam was thorough yet efficient, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. He has an incredibly kind bedside manner and never made me feel rushed, even when I asked what felt like “dumb” questions. Gia was also wonderful with her warm personality, and I honestly didn’t even feel the shot she gave me. My visit was a very good visit after I've been missed diagnosed by 3-4 Drs. and 6 months of itching I was in the hospital for 3 days and got a little relief. Every Dr. Kept telling me it's Eczema and Psoriasis. I kept saying it can't be my whole damn family is itching. Even ones I haven't seen much of. Sure enough it's Scabbies. My husband and I went in and told the Dr. were not messing around any longer We need meds to get RID of this itchy stuff and fast. Dr. Took 1 look at us both and said it's definitely NOT Eczema/Psoriasis it's definitely SCABBIES. THANK YOU DR. At MD NOW for listening to us. Now to get WALGREENS to do there Job correctly. Supposed to give us 2 tubes each of the cream at 1 location had 3 tubes n 1 had 1 tube. We left in a hurry and only received 2 tubes total. So now

Appt at 4:30 got in at 5 ish, they were busy, it is superbowl Sunday. From triage to finish, I felt cared about. Very nice staff! Clean, wheelchair friendly. They listen to you and talk with you not at you. Great experience! Highly recommend! Jog and Boynton Beach intersection in same plaza as publix.

I visited MD Now this morning and had a great experience. The office staff was very friendly! Manny, Pearl and Gia were absolutely incredible, they were professional, attentive, and kind. The office was clean and welcoming, and the wait time was exactly what I expected since I checked in online, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location and would not hesitate to return if needed.

Highly Recommend ! The Nurse Mark Lizza kept me calm and the friendliest and extremely positive nurses I have ever met here . The NP Princess saw me , very thorough and carefully listened to my concerns. There was a wait , however , the front desk ladies called my phone when it was my turn .
