MD Now Urgent Care - Vero Beach

I'm going to start by saying how much I dislike going to urgent care clinics. The wait is forever, the staff sometimes seems disinterested, its usually a bad experience for me. I had to go to MD Now twice last week. Once for myself, and the other for my child. I can't believe the outstanding experience I had both times. For myself, my provider was Andrea who saw me quickly, listened to my concerns, and provided care that actually helped. She even gave me tips and tricks that other patients used while suffering from the same symptoms. She was incredibly helpful. My son ended up there a few days later, at 7:30 on Friday night. I was concerned that it was so close to their closing time that they would be frustrated we were just walking in. It was the opposite. His provider was Char and she

I had expectations of a nightmare and How much to my surprise I felt like I was walking into a spa. The receptionist was very kind. The waiting room and offices were so clean and I was treated by the medical team with respect and concern thank you. I'm still not feeling great but the flu takes time.

Came in this morning with flu symptoms was told 2 hour wait but could register and come back front desk lady was so polite and helpful I came back and still had to wait but was worth it the nurses were so friendly listened to my symptoms and I was tested before nurse practitioner came in so results would be ready for her I was evaluated by the nurse practitioner and left with a prescription I would highly recommend md now in Vero miracle mile to all my friends and family ! Great treatment and even though the wait was long it was understandable with the amount of sick people the same as me

Very nice facility, new, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. As a walk-in, I was seen within 15 minutes. The doctor has good people, communication, diagnostic and consultative skills. When i need to be seen quickly for something that that is not for the ER, or wait a day or more to get an appointment with my primary care, I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

This place is a complete rip-off. I came in for what I believed was an infected dermal mole on the side of my face. Instead of being told upfront that the doctor could not treat this, my insurance was processed, my copay was charged, and I was brought back to a room. As soon as the doctor walked in, she took one look at me and immediately said she couldn’t do it and told me to go see a dermatologist. That was the entire visit. There is only one doctor at this location, so the staff should know exactly what the doctor does and does not treat. This could have been communicated to me before charging my insurance and taking my money. I feel like my time and money were completely wasted, and it honestly felt like a money grab. Very disappointing experience.
