From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth and fast. The team was welcoming, professional, and really thorough. I felt taken care of the whole time. Huge thanks to everyone there—this is how urgent care should be done! Amazing experience from start to finish. The visit was fast, smooth, and professional. Special thanks to Danielle—she was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation way easier. Truly great care all around!

Registering on-line went smoothly and expedited the process. My waiting time was minimal and the med assistant and nurse practitioner were friendly and professional. Overall my visit today was positive and I received quick results with the tests that were completed.

This is alot late...Dr Danielle goes above and beyond, I've been seeing this Professional Nurse Practitioner for a little over two weeks from now and she is kind, empathetic and most certainly genuinely concerning, she is very Professional and very much aware of every concern, pretty much at point usually. This facility is very lucky and blessed to have Dr. Danielle and every single one of her associates as well, that chooses to take their time and effort towards their patients. Thank you all, for all that you do, please know that each of you are very much appreciated. So Grateful ❤️

I have generally had very good success with this location. The registration and check-in process was good. The PA I saw wasn’t in the room for two minutes and was perfunctory at best. She already had my diagnosis and prescription printed and ready to hand to me. Efficient, yes. Great experience, no.

I arrived to do a drug screen for my job and the lady at the front desk was not very kind. She acted as if it was an inconvenience to her that I came in. She tried to tell me I needed to print off an email for my appointment and wouldn’t allow me to forward it to her. The email itself said I just needed to come with the appointment ID # and a scannable QR code, which I did have. One of her colleagues said that was perfectly fine. She sighed heavily and continued being quite rude through the rest of the check in. If I had known I would be treated this way I would have chosen a different location to do this, this one just happened to be the closest one to me. The nurse and the other gentleman at the front were much nicer and I was in and out fairly quickly after the initial issues.
