MD Now Urgent Care - St. Lucie West

I would like to leave an excellent review for MD Now Urgent Care in Port St. Lucie. Dr. Rachel was awesome. She took the time to carefully review my son’s X-rays and accurately diagnosed a fracture of his right patella. We felt confident and reassured by her knowledge and calm approach during a stressful situation. The visit was smooth from start to finish. The check-in process was easy, and my wife was able to complete it while we were en route to the urgent care facility. Once we arrived, the wait time was less than 30 minutes, which was greatly appreciated. The staff was outstanding, caring and attentive. I went in an they completely ignored me they never came up They were on their phones talking. I told them to plz I need help a they just said wait a minute a while half an hour later still no one came u until I started to video tape them. Now all of as sudden they came Iam gonna get a lawyer to investigate an ima gonna report them to urgent care home office. Stay away from this place it’s a joke It’s not urgent care

When to this facility about a week and a half ago for treatment due to a severe cough. After a reasonable wait of approximately 45 minutes I was seen, diagnosed, and given script for prescriptions. All in all, a good visit. My cough has not improved, so I made a visit request for today, 2/10. I was notified quickly that I could come in at 11:12 am, about 40 minutes from my request. I drove to the clinic, arriving at 10:50am. The waiting area was crowded. I checked in immediately with the receptionist and was told to take a seat….none available. Hi! I was feeling very sick and originally went to the MD now urgent care clinic near my home. I was informed they weren’t taking anymore patients for the evening. The receptionist told me there was another MD Now urgent care clinic around 20 minutes from my home. When I say I was sick I wasn't kidding. I didn’t want to drive all that way and be told I couldn’t be seen. The receptionist did call the clinic but she really wanted very helpful otherwise. All she told me was they had a wait list of one hour. Since I knew the clinic closed at 8:00 (it was just before 7 when she called) I wasn’t very hopeful. So….i appreciate that the receptionist called,but her attitude was kind of rude and she just wasn’t helpful. Anyway… to make a long story short, I decided to drive to the other clinic and

Besides being professional; I also like to be in a place that’s slightly laid back with great teamwork and a staff that enjoys working together. Thanks for fixing me. I’m sure I’ll feel better soon.
