MD Now Urgent Care - South Orlando

I came to urgent care with my two daughters under five because my husband was away on a business trip and I had no other option for childcare. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff was absolutely wonderful — so warm, welcoming, and understanding. She truly made a stressful situation feel much easier, and I really appreciated her kindness. Unfortunately, my experience changed when I was called back to provide a sample. I immediately apologized and explained that I had to bring my children with me. The male staff member quickly responded that my kids could not go into the bathroom with me. His tone was cold and unwelcoming, and it was clear he did not want to be there. A little empathy or even a simple smile would have gone a long way. As a mom already struggling to manage two

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. Meggan was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. The service was fast but thorough, and I never felt rushed. I highly recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.

I don’t have insurance, so it was expensive, however the intake an NP were great. Very quick and efficient. Glad to be getting better soon.

Excellent receptionist, nurse, and doctor. Clean facility. I recommend doing the web check-in online and you will get in fast. This is our new family urgent care place.

Went in on New Year’s Eve for the first time and had a great experience. I completed the online check-in beforehand, and as soon as I arrived, I was seen by the doctor right away. The entire visit took about 30 minutes, and I was already on my way to the pharmacy. The staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Overall, excellent service and a very smooth process.
