MD Now Urgent Care - Royal Palm Beach

I had to wait almost three hours to be seen. There were around six people working, including nurses, but only one doctor, who was quite elderly. The doctor was almost in tears from stress, saying she couldn’t handle any more. However, I noticed that about three patients were seen before me, even though I was ahead of them on the list, and they were allowed to go in first. She spent about two minutes with me. By the time I finished, the pharmacies were already closed, so I couldn’t get my medication until the next day. Terrible service. There were also assistants at the front desk. There seemed to be plenty of staff, but only one doctor. Honestly, I even felt sorry for her because she was almost crying. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

I was able to complete registration at home and check in, go to my visit, and be home in just over an hour! Fantastic. Everyone was really nice and it was quick. I was even able to purchase the meds I needed there so I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy. I paid a little extra for the medication ,but I really didn’t mind. It saved me another trip. Totally worth it. If I ever get sick again, I’m coming here.

10/10 experience. 1. Every single person I talked to was so sweet and nice. The desk women and the doctor were all so nice. 2. Almost no wait time for me when I came in. 3. They took care of me quick and easy. Answered all my questions. Very wonderful experience. If I ever need to go the urgent care again I will definitely be coming here.

I just want to sincerely thank Zina ,for taking such wonderful care of me. I was in this week after accidentally cutting my hand while cooking, and she was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. Her customer service was truly excellent and made a stressful situation so much easier. My husband was actually in last year for the exact same type of injury, and Zina took great care of him as well... We are so grateful for her consistency, compassion, and professionalism. The rest of the staff was also amazing friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. Thank you again for the excellent care.

Great experience! Robert with the friendly greeting and goodbye. Dr. Swanson was thorough and helpful. But I would really like to recognize Hailey MA for the exceptional care. Truly went above and beyond, her communication skills and knowledge were amazing! Very friendly. It is hard to find good medical assistants who are exceptional as her!
