MD Now Urgent Care - Port St. Lucie East

Really amazing experience from beginning to end. It was packed when I arrived but registration was simple. The greeter was friendly, courteous, and professional. She set appropriate expectations on time. The doctor, though overworked, was thoughtful, compassionate, and comprehensive. I really felt nurtured. This location goes above and beyond what is expected. I highly recommend coming here if you need to!

No issues. I've been here a few times and usually have no problem getting in quickly and getting seen for minor issues for my kids. NOTE: sign in on their website and they will text you when you can get in. Saves a lot of waiting there. Minor note: they need to dust the letters of their sign.

My husband and I both received Excellent care today with Cabrini Farano, NP and she has an amazing bedside manner! She was pleasant to talk to and she took her time explaining everything to both my husband and I! I just will she could be our doctor while we are here in Florida! I will just go to the MD Now Urgent Center when I’m not feeling well! I wish more people in the medical field were more like her! Thank you Cabrini Farano, NP for everything today!!!!

Always great service when I come in. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The RT Ian and MA Michelle are great and always professional. Provider Cabrini is amazing! She has helped me twice and both times she has been extremely professional, attentive, and caring. She makes you feel comfortable right away and is always thorough in her examinations. She always asks if you have any questions and never makes you feel rushed. Honestly I wish she could be my primary but whenever I’m in need of urgent care I will always go to this location. Wait time is also minimal so no complaints from me!

Went in at 10:40am and left at 12:15pm even after filling out the form online before my arrival. I got charged 180$ as soon as I walked in. The initial nurse who checked me in and did vitals was very nice. After, the doctor came in and did a couple checks and asked if I needed a doctor’s note, I said yes, I need one to cover today and Friday and the doctor said she will write me a note. The note I received said I may return to work on Friday. Besides the cold I had, I also have other health issues that I mentioned that I felt was worsening my neck and back pain from the constant coughing and sneezing. I asked the lady at the front desk if it can be changed to Monday the 26th or after Friday since I was not feeling well all week and did not want to have another late callout at my job. She s
