MD Now Urgent Care - Okeechobee, West Palm Beach

My entire experience visiting this MD Now was nothing short of excellent. The woman at the front desk was pleasant and kind. The wait was not long and once my daughter and I were pulled to the back, we were met by a very kind medical assistant who triaged my daughter. As we walked towards our assigned room, we were met with friendly faces and smiles. Everyone said hello as we passed. Then we met Dr. Don Corpus. He took the time to listen to my daughter, did a comprehensive exam based on her illness and communicated his thoughts and plan of care very well with us. My daughter is 8 and he made her feel very comfortable. He has excellent bedside manner, is kind, approachable and is all around a really great doctor. I plan on using this location again in the future when needed. Thank you Dr. C

I had to leave work early due to an injury to my foot and was able to promptly schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I was taken care of right away. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I was able to receive the care I needed without any issues. This was my second time visiting, and once again the service did not disappoint. I’m very thankful for the help and care I received today.

Had an excellent experience at MD Now Okeechobee in WPB. Diane at Reception was very pleasant and helpful . Dr. Mansour was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and prescribed the necessary treatment. He answered all questions and explained the medical details in easy-to-understand language. Would not hesitate to return there.

Very nice employees. Very clean. Doctor was great. I was in and out within minutes. Unfortunately had to go to er. They had all paperwork ready and I was in and out of ER in 1 1/2 hours with sonogram and urine test complete with results and script sent to pharmacy.

My experience with this facility to start was it is very cold inside so wear a sweater. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. When I went in to see the doctor he was kind and attentive and listened to my concerns. He had many questions. Before I left he made sure to tell me to go to the emergency room if my symptoms got any worse. Thank you so much for your kindness and concern for me. I have been a repeat costumer in an emergency. I will continue to use this md office when my doctor is unavailable.
