MD Now Urgent Care - North Fort Lauderdale

First Time to visit MD Now , great location and Staff . Cut my finger opening a box and needed 5 stitches. Sophia PA was awesome and did a professional medical exam And Jada MA took my vitals and also a wonderful experience. like a mini hospital 😉 Recommend to all if need Medical Assistance

This is a 5 star experience for me. This place is great big space, it’s not overdone and overcrowded. It’s very clean as well. The environment is peaceful and quiet. The check in process is smooth and easy. The MAs are great and to the point. I came in for an urgent care visit. The wait time was slim to none, very reasonable and quick compared to other places. Rebecca Vanwort was the PA on staff and took amazing care of me. She asked me pertinent questions for her clinical assessment. She ran important laboratory tests to collect data and rule out for my health and for the safety of public health. She performed a thorough physical exam. She educated me, provided good advice, prescribed prescriptions that would help me S well as discuss supportive measures. Overall, again, this was one of t

I don’t understand why they took me after the 3 rd patient. I waited a 1/2 hour before the other patient came in and they put me in a room with the door closed. When I opened it. The provider said she had to take in order. That was false. The front desk lady could have been more pleasant. The nurse who took me in the room was very nice and professional

I’m going to be honest here. I think the doctor and staff are wonderful but the wait time was extremely disappointing. I checked in on line and it said my registration was complete. They then sent me a link to follow my progress in the cue. I had seven people ahead of me. I headed to the clinic and when I entered there was no one at the desk. Because my registration was complete I was not concerned and sat down to wait. After an hour I received a text saying I had lost my appointment and needed to reschedule. This time I found someone to talk to at the desk who said I hadn’t checked in so it would be another two hours. I tried to explain that I had checked in on line (and it said my check in was complete) but she said that wasn’t the whole process. Anyway, I didn’t want to start all over

I had the best experience at MD Now Urgent Care thanks to Tony and Larry. They were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and extremely friendly. They made the process quick and stress-free and went out of their way to be kind and accommodating. Outstanding service all around!
