Very friendly and efficient staff. Naika welcomed me with a smile and helped me check in and answered all my questions. Mikerline was a sweetheart as she escorted me to my room and took my vitals. I was getting stitches so i was a little nervous. Doctor Long Tran was wonderful and mentally prepared me for the procedure. He was quick but gentle and was all done after 3 stitches. I would definitely go here again as it was a very pleasant experience! Thank you!
Rachel, the medical assistant, and Kaylah at the front desk were both incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Thank you for taking such great care of me on Friday, March 3rd. After having a bad experience the day before with different staff, you both completely turned things around. Thank you for fixing the issue and helping resolve my paperwork so quickly. Your kindness and professionalism made me feel comfortable coming back, and I truly appreciate the great service. I will definitely continue coming here.
By far the most pleasant urgent care experience I've ever had. I didn't know they could be pleasant. The front desk Marline from the very beginning was able to help me with my script after my printer broke, kiona who actually took my lab work made me feel so comfortable, and the doctor was so nice and quick 100/10 experience.
I visited MD Now for an allergic reaction and was seen almost immediately, within two minutes of walking in. The team responded with impressive speed and genuine care. Marlin at the front desk was organized and helpful. Kiona, the MA, was kind and attentive. Dr. G delivered swift and knowledgeable treatment. I am very thankful for the outstanding care I received.
Very nice office! Right from the beginning, the young lady at the Front desk was very helpful. Also very pleasant.! The nurse that came in and saw us and took all our information. Also very pleasant. And then the wonderful doctor came in. I’ve never seen such a happy pleasant made you feel at ease doctor before.!! Highly recommend this office
