MD Now Urgent Care - Lehigh Acres

I had a great experience here! The staff was amazing and there was no wait time at all. Maria at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Keysh and Jackie were wonderful MAs, and Rayne, the APRN, really took the time to listen and help me. They got me all fixed up and made the whole visit stress-free. Highly recommend!

I had a minor emergency with a hearing aid dome stuck in my ear and my regular doctor refused to have the courage to get it out. I went to MD NOW and N.P. Oniel and Yaquelin Medical assistant were very kind and got me fixed up. They were very understanding, efficient, and are wonderful ambassadors for MD NOW. They got in there and got that pesky rubber dome out of my head. They were super nice and pleasant in every way. All of the staff were compasionate and kind from the front desk person to random staff members I came in contact with. I cannot think of a better place in Lehigh Acres for a medical emergency. Way better than the hospital here in Lehigh Acres. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

Staff was great and as helpful as could be. Waiting room was almost empty but I did the check in online with everything taken care of ahead of time. I arrived when I was supposed to and seen when they said I would be. Dr. Linzer was very cool and listened to everything I said. He even gave me a get better butterfly!

I had an excellent experience at MD Now Urgent Care thanks to Haley and Alissa. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to feel this well taken care of at an urgent care, but they truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location—Haley and Alissa are outstanding.

Last minute visit. Online check in process was convenience and easy. The follow up messages and able to see your turn in line was also convenience. It was busy and therefore there was a wait time. However, once is your turn they were very attentive and took their time listening to my concerns and addressing it. Worth the wait time.
