MD Now Urgent Care - Lake Worth Lantana

Dr A. Mushtaq treated me so well when I was feeling terrible with many flu symptoms. He is very professional and caring and he has excellent bedside manners. He was also humorous and was very encouraging too, which I really needed while being sick over a long holiday weekend. His assessment of me and my symptoms was thorough, and he determined that I pretty much had all of the symptoms of the Flu, not of Covid. The testing confirmed Influenza A. He called me soon after I left to confirm the results over the phone. He prescribed 2 medications-an antiviral medication and one for cough & congestion. Thankfully both meds seem to be helping me, and God willing I’m on the mend toward a divine and complete healing. Thank You MDNow & Dr Mushtaq!

My first time going to Urgent Care MD now. Although there was a bit of a wait at the front desk, the service was superb. I believe I saw the center administrator, Britney, who was absolutely great at everything she does. I definitely recommend this office on Lake Worth Lantana. The doctor and staff were amazing, and the way she cared for me was phenomenal.

Front desk staff was amazing, but I had a horrible experience dealing with a medical assistant named Nephatia. I’m not sure if this was her first big-girl job, but she was beyond rude, condescending, dismissive of some of my basic questions, and aggressively enforcing what she originally said. On top of that, she was extremely snarky. I usually never leave reviews, but this experience has honestly been annoying to think about even 3–4 days later. I actually waited to post this review just to make sure she didn’t interfere with my testing results in any way. It was extremely unprofessional. I’m not sure if she realizes this or not, but many professionals at serious jobs have to get drug screened as part of onboarding. I showed up in gym clothes with nothing but my wallet, keys, and phone.

I went over there at MD now Lantana Lake Worth yesterday after a fall I had endured at my work place. The staffing members were very courteous in welcome their customers. It wasn’t took me that long for them to call my name upon for my consultation. I had the best experience ever over there. I’m encouraging you guys this place is a good place to go in case of emergency. I have seen the first hand what they did for me, this is the reason why I’m encouraging you guys to let you know don’t be afraid to go there. To conclude I’m wishing you the same good care that I had experience yesterday.

Seen quickly and correctly diagnosed severe swelling in an ankle. Got a shot. Additional prescription and got on my way. Best to do entire checkin on line. Nurse Karen is top notch!
