MD Now Urgent Care - Lake Mary

I went at 11am yesterday with flu-like symptoms. Receptionist was pleasant, and waiting room was calm and clean. All check-in procedures were done online via my phone. Be sure you are logged into their free WIFI to save time. I did not have to wait long before I was brought to a room. I think my LPN was Sam. She was very efficient and had a great sense of humor, keeping me as relaxed as possible while she checked vitals and did the swabs. Nate the NP was very knowledgeable and professional explaining things and completing his assessment. Overall a very positive experience when I was feeling rough. Thank you.

Great experience. Came in for a work injury. Erica really helped me calm down at a time when I was frustrated and confused on the process. I was taken care of by the entire team. With care and compassion. The entire team was helpful at a time when I felt alone. Thank you so much for the support ! I will be back whenever I need urgent care!

The clinicians and staff here are wonderful. They are kind, thoughtful, thorough, gracious. They take their time with you. You never experience a snotty attitude or curt time. Really great medical experience if you have to go to a clinic. Highly recommend them

The wait takes a little time, but the practitioners here are well worth the wait. I always get great tokens of education and advice beyond any medicine needed. Nathaniel Krug, NP was a wealth of information and answered all of my questions in detail. Thank you!

Went to this location and was seen by nurse practitioner Paige. Long story short, my antibiotic wasn't working, she called in another one. Went to pharmacy and they wouldn't give it to me. They tried contacting Paige, no reply. I was on a ongoing med that very well could have sent me to the ER which was noted in mt chart, and why CVS questioned the RX. Thank goodness for this pharmacist for catching this negligent mistake! Will not return for future care.
