MD Now Urgent Care - Fort Pierce West

Really impressed with the service and care at MD NOW urgent care on Okeechobee Road. First time visiting. Walked in around 6pm and was greeted by Erica (very nice, always had a smile on her face). Checked in on their tablet, which only took about a minute. I was then sent a text message to complete my registration by taking pictures of my license and insurance card. Waited about 15 minutes until my vitals were checked and then headed back to the room. Sat in there for about 45 minutes before being seen by Johannie. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I explained the issue to her and let her know I’m not a fan of needles. She offered an alternative to help alleviate the pain. It certainly worked. Procedure was done before I knew it. Exited around 8pm with my toe wrapped up and will be picking up RX

Urgent Care was amazing. My boyfriend was sick, and on a Saturday we were worried about how long we would be there. However the ladies (Melissa, Christine, Lesie and Netty) were absolutely amazing! They got us in and out in an hour and we even got to pick up his meds right there and at a reasonable price! Overall, it was a great experience and if I could give them all more stars we would. I have been to MD Now Urgent Care quite a few times now. The first thing I always notice, is I have always been greeted happily and warmly by anyone at the front desk. So that is always a good sign to me. 😁 apart from that, i usually never have to wait very long at all. KAYLA was the angel at the front t desk with the beautiful smile!! LINDA was kind and sweet and very knowledgeable when she took my vitals. She is so so sweet and has a lot of experience. CHRISTINE (Dr.) Is absolutely wonderful! She takes her time and asks you questions and get all the needed information to make her diagnoses. She allows you time to ask all your questions and doesn't rush you out the door. I just want to say that I am beyond satisfied with my experience with this MD Now Urgent Care location, I went in at 11/21/25. The staff was professional, nice, and caring. Linda is such a sweetheart and passionate about her job, Kayla was great! Christine was grear as well. Melissa was kind, every staff member that I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. While our overall experience was positive due to the exemplary service provided by your medical staff, I must address a concern regarding our interaction at the front desk. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the check-in clerk, Kayla, whose demeanor was less than professional. When asked about our insurance, I mentioned we have BCBS, and she promptly handed me a document with minimal explanation.
