MD Now Urgent Care - Fort Pierce

Definitely @kaelynthemermaid and I approved. I cut my finger and they were so prompt, professional and made a late evening accident as pleasant as one could possibly hope for. Could not have had a better experience or treatment! Hope to never be back, but should any family member ever get hurt this will definitely be our 1st place of choice.

My first visits at that location and last. Got bloodwork done there n they miss labeled it with someone else’s info so I had to go back and do it again. Went back only to be sent to Quest because they could find my veins. Never had this problem anywhere before! What a waist of my time!

I would like to start off and say the staff was reasonable. I would say the management is terrible. I guess her name would be Kaylee. I took my daughter in because she had developed a fever. Wanted to see if it was covid or flu. While we were waiting someone who should have been told to go to the emergency room at a hospital came in. The Doctor or PA don't know which because we never saw her started to take care of this patient. The reason I said "should have been told" was because after waiting 2 hours, I inquired about the wait, staff said working on said person. I asked why didn't you direct them to the ER. They said management gets mad when they do that. Manage issue limited staff if you are going to take care of these types of emergencies. An hour later now 3 hours and was

There wasn't an hour wait I made the appt online they texted me when it was close to my turn they were fast and efficient esp since the patients were kids lol staff is friendly patient best part it's next door almost

Jennifer, the more heavy-set nurse, is probably the rudest nurse I have ever encountered. Never going back here. It is extremely nerve wrecking to have someone who is visibly angry about their job, then put a needle inside of you. I couldn’t turn back because they make you pay first. The front desk woman seemed aggravated with herself. Nightmare experience. And you wonder why people choose not to get help from a doctor.
