MD Now Urgent Care - Fort Lauderdale

Came in Sunday morning with a terrible accidental cut into my index finger. Front desk.Tasha was very nice & professional along with the Nurse Alex. I believe Dr Robinson saw me. Excellent bedside manor. Im terribly afraid of needles. 10 stitches later. Much better than Baptist urgent care.

I cut my foot with a glass bottle on a Sunday, and this was the closest urgent care to my home. Luckily, everything went really well. There weren’t many patients at the time, so the whole process was very fast. Check-in was done entirely through my phone, which made it seamless and convenient. The male nurse who attended to me was very caring, and Dr. Anthony Aliaga was excellent with the anesthesia and the stitches. They were both professional and clearly knew what they were doing. In addition to the stitches, I needed a tetanus shot and antibiotics, and everything was handled efficiently. Overall, I had a great experience — I can’t complain. Anytime I’ve ever been in there. The doctor with the blonde hair just acts like nothing’s wrong with you. I went in there. My lymph nodes are the size of golf balls. I do not have the flu and I do not have Covid but I obviously have something. What am I fighting like let’s find that out. Do I need some blood work cause it’s pretty alarming oh no she sent me home with cough syrup. The last time I was there I couldn’t move my neck at all …they did absolutely nothing for immediate. They sent me home with prednisone and I was in pain for five days. Do not go here if you were looking for immediate relief you’re better off going to the hospital because they will actually make sure that you leave there with knowing what’s going on and a relief of whatever is going on. Do not come here if you care for your well being or actually figuring out what’s wrong with you. I went in with horrible chest pains. I should’ve left when I noticed how unprofessional the front desk was. The younger lady with orange hair speaking to me but also on her phone at the same time and doesn’t bother to look up for a second. Just rude unfriendly when you’re coming into this place already feeling unwell. Again along with Dr. Aliaga, my concerns about my wellbeing were looked over. Anyways don’t come in here if you feel anything is actually wrong with you.

Fantastic Service. I started my case online before arriving. Everyone was so nice and had smiles on their faces. I waited less than 5 minutes before i was seen for my foot injury. Fantastic receptionist, lovely nurse, and x ray tech. The Dr looked at the x ray within 5 minutes and a script was sent to my pharmacy and i was discharged! Incredible service from the whole staff!!
