MD Now Urgent Care - East Royal Palm Beach

I had a very pleasant experience at MD Now. Although the office was quite busy at the time of our visit, the staff remained professional, organized, and highly efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and everything moved along in a timely manner despite the high patient volume. Nurse Practitioner Julia Vorster was exceptional. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and depth of knowledge were truly top-notch. She took the time to thoroughly assess and address all concerns, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. I especially appreciated the patience and care she demonstrated while treating my autistic client. I had such a great experience at MD Now. The care was quick but never rushed, and I truly felt listened to from start to finish. Tracey at the front desk was so warm and welcoming, Christine the medical assistant was kind and attentive, and the nurse practitioner was wonderful. I especially want to thank Julia Vorster, who went above and beyond to really listen and help me get on the right track to start feeling better quickly. Terrible experience here. I was not listened to at all, repeatedly talked over, and constantly dismissed, and it was clear I was being rushed out. The entire interaction with the nurse lasted less than four minutes, which left me with no opportunity to understand my situation any better, no time to explain my symptoms or concerns (not that she cared or listened.) The nurse (Jessica) hardly looked at or showed any concern for the affected area. She repeatedly shut down the conversation and dismissed anything I had to add, whether it be a thought, question or any information on my problem. She clearly let me know she was in a rush by repeatedly saying “anything else” while already making her way out the door. There was only one other patient so being busy was no excuse. Although an urgent care is in a desired place to be, I have to admit that my experience at the Royal Palm Beach MD now was such an amazing professional comfortable setting. I was listened to and Treated with such great care highly recommend recommended

I recently visited MD Now Royal Palm Beach and was greeted with a pleasant welcome from Rick and Nathaly. They guided me through the check in process with ease. Kiarra, my nurse was exceptional, great attitude and very supportive of my needs. My APRN Jessica, was professional with a calming demeanor. All, are Assets to MD Now RPB. I would highly recommend this clinic if and when you can’t get in with your primary. They also do Sports and DOT physicals.
