MD Now Urgent Care - East Boynton Beach

Came in on 1/5/26 for a transfer of a physical. Upon arrival the black lady at the front desk with the mask was highly rude. She told me it would be $65 for them to write something on one paper onto ANOTHER! I said i would not she immediately threw the paper in the trash and threw my papers at me! This place is DISGUSTING! i waited over two hours for nothing! Disgusting front desk lady! With her mask! I’m not sure if she was trying to say i smelt but she smelt & looked ridiculous.

Darnell’s aka Nelle always has a bright smile on her face and is the epitome of excellent customer service. She is enthusiastic about her job and goes to any length for the patient. Debbie is really nice and really professional too. The doctors here are really good too bc they work hard and get to the root causes of the medical problem. I definitely recommend this md now.

My experience at the MD Clinic in boynton beach was a well appreciated and welcoming adventure. The receptionist Ms.Sebrima greeted me with much kindness. I tend to get nervous at the doctors and she made my experience a whole lot better.

We were very impressed with this professional warm and helpful clinic. From being greeted so kindly by Nellie the receptionist and then seeing the medical tech before we saw Eric the doctor we were treated so well. The doctor gave us a diagnosis along with meds and my husband is feeling much better today. Thank you everyone for everything and I recommend this clinic 100%

This was my first time visiting MD Now Urgent Care, and I had a great experience. The front desk clerk and the rest of the staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. The entire visit was quick and efficient — they got me in and out without any hassle. The facility was also clean and well-kept. Overall, a smooth and pleasant visit! Highly recommend!!
