Amazing service from this place. The system showed me how many people were in front of me each time I clicked on the link! The nurse AND Tracy were both friendly.They both took time to get as much information as they could about my symptoms. My appointment and diagnosis was easy, and fast. ( Maybe 20 minutes total to diagnose my Acute Sinusitis. ) Yay! Now antibiotics. (:

Soon I walked in, I noticed that the place was very well kept neat & clean. Receptionist at the front desk greeted me with a smile. After the registration, they called me in within 10 minutes. Doctor checked me thoroughly. Very knowledgeable, new what needed to e done. I was extremely impressed by the whole team . I would give them 6 stars.

amazing urgent care clinic, they are very paitent, gentle, and kind. have been here twice now, and have had positive experiences. went in with ear pain today and they really helped me. they made sure they were extra gentle after the first clinic i had went to caused me more pain. 10/10 recommend.

I became very ill while visiting Orlando before Christmas for vacation. I was running fever and developed a terrible cough that would not stop. My husband found this place and took me in. They left me sitting in a room miserable for well over an hour...my husband said others that went back after me were coming out prior to me...the gentleman who took my vitals knew I was sick based on the fever and bad cough. When the provider finally came in, so insinuated that I was having a bout of asthma then proceeded to send me over some nasal spray, lol. We packed up and headed back to Tennessee as I knew it was something more. On our way home, my husband and son both started in with the fever and cough....it made for a super miserable 12 hour drive home. We went to our primary care person in Tennes

Update: Still noone called to check on me, i think they really do not do follow ups, i feel that $185 + prescription was wasted, as i still do not see improvement, and it has been 16 days since first pill. If someone will reach out and will work with me, i will change my review for the better. Came in 10 days ago for the swollen lymph node and blocked breathing, that has been going on for more than a month. Was precribed 10 days of antibiotic. Called about 4 days in, that swelling was not goin away. Was told to come back in on the 9th/10th day for the discounted rate of $50 to see physician again, to maybe be prescribed one more round. Mind you no insurance rate to see someone is $185. So come back in today on the 9th day, check in, seat and wait to be told by another receptionist there, t
