I had an amazing experience today day after Christmas despite it being extremely busy, and that says everything about how exceptional this team is. Medical Assistant Lexy was efficient, attentive, and kept everything moving smoothly while still being kind and thorough. Dr. Andrew & Nicole were professional, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to provide excellent care without making patients feel rushed. X-ray Tech Jennifer was fast, precise, and reassuring—she made the process seamless and stress-free. And Front Desk Tatianna held everything together with professionalism, organization, and a positive attitude, even under pressure. Scheduling, check-in, and communication were all handled flawlessly. I had a great experience at this urgent care! The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming, and she made the check-in process quick and easy. The doctor examined me thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and was patient and caring. Highly professional and attentive — I would definitely recommend this clinic!

Not impressed. The girl at the front desk had no personality and was not helpful. She mumbled and pointed. Then the physician came in and she had zero bedside manner. She barely spoke to me. And rushed in and out. I saw signs that you could purchase your meds there. It was not even offered to me. At least now I know why I didn’t have to wait long.

Everything about my visit was great! From online check in, to the front desk, my initial evaluation, tests and the physician’s exam all were quick and easy. I was diagnosed with the flu, given thorough follow up instructions and prescriptions to help my symptoms and shorten the duration of my illness. I highly recommend this fine group of professionals!
