MD Now Urgent Care - Deland

I have been a patient here several times in the past few years and I have always received excellent care. Today was also excellent. The Nurse Practitioner completely explained why I am experiencing today’s problem and not only did the health issue get addressed but I am emotionally relieved to understand why it happened in the first place! Thank you, MD NOW!

They were fast, however they don’t have a great standard of care. My temperature wasn’t taken nor was my blood pressure. The receptionist handed me an iPad with about 10 tabs open from previous patients and they do not close the exam room doors after they step out. I heard exactly what the patient in the room next to me was diagnosed with and what they were prescribing said patient.

Ripped off I was not even there 10 minutes. They never even took my blood pressure. The nurse looked at me and said there’s nothing I can see so I’m just gonna give you a prescription $50 of co-pay down the drain. I will never come here again.

The staff is so kind and caring! Immaculate facility. Check-in was quick and easy. No wait time, even though I was a walk-in. Definitely recommend coming here if you need immediate medical care. They take multiple insurance plans as well.
