MD Now Urgent Care - Coral Springs

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at MD Now and feel compelled to share this after multiple attempts to resolve the issue privately. I visited two MD Now locations for a severe and worsening sore throat. Although I tested positive for influenza, I repeatedly emphasized that my primary and most concerning symptom was an intense, sharp throat pain—a symptom I recognized immediately because I have had streptococcal pharyngitis before and know how it presents in my body. At the Parkland location (6240 Coral Ridge Drive), I was seen by PA Claire Manchester. During this visit, I felt that my concerns were minimized and brushed off. Statements such as “I’ve seen this much worse before” were made in a way that felt dismissive rather than reassuring, and the overall tone came across

Came here twice and was helped in a timely fashion. So, when my husband was ill today I decided to bring him here. We’re currently sitting in the waiting room and we are the only guests. It’s been 1 hour and we haven’t been seen. I’ve asked twice to be seen as the normal procedure is to be helped after a 15 mins window of no assistance. Still, no help. No front desk to as for assistance because she hasn’t been at her desk to assist us. Would not recommended this place to anyone ever. The service while the female Dr is working is awful.

I came in today because my intense allergies were making it impossible to breathe. Starting at the front, Milinda, was so kind and prompt to help me. Next I was seen my nurse Naticah who took my vitals and prepared me to see the doctor. Cidney followed with a lot of helpful information. She had the nurse administer a nebulizer which gave me instant relief. Thank you for the efficient and quick service.

Fabulous experience today! I came in with a minor eye issue and was checked in quickly, with only a few minutes wait before being seen. Cidney, PA-C, was wonderful, she diagnosed the problem right away and promptly sent the prescription to my pharmacy. Jenna at the front desk was so kind and helpful during check-in. I really appreciated how efficient and caring everyone was. Highly recommend!

A great experience treating my daughter. We walked in and was seen quickly. Judy, ma was kind and gentle while giving a shot. Cidney, pa-c was also kind and thorough explaining the treatment plan. Would recommend!
