MD Now Urgent Care - Boca Raton

I come to this urgent care anytime I am feeling under the weather. The front desk worker, Shantera, is the sweetest person. She made me feel comfortable and was able to answer all my questions. The nurse practitioner, Nicole, was so friendly, she was very gentle when taking my blood pressure. Nenka and Seirra, the medical assistants were also very friendly and helpful with giving me my diagnosis and ensured I was treated appropriately. The employees here are so amazing here, and as a female college student, I felt very comfortable with going to them with my issues!

Dr. Thomas, Kara, RN. and Kaylah Front Desk, we arrived as walk-ins we did not wait long, my husband and I were given 💯% excellent customer care!!! We walked in not feeling well, received great diagnosis. We are starting to feel better already!!! Thank you so much we would like them to be recognized. I drove out of my way to go to that MD Now because of the great service. Kara is very kind and helpful. She took her time to help me complete online paperwork because of my injured hand. Very patient! Thank you for a great experience.

Shantera was absolutely amazing at the front desk. She was welcoming, patient, and very professional from the moment I walked in. She explained the check-in process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire experience feel much less stressful. Her positive attitude and kindness really stood out, and she made me feel valued as a patient. She is truly a great asset to the urgent care team.

Shantera came to my rescue. After going to multiple Walkin clinics she greeted me with compassion and kindness that I did not receive at the other places. She spoke to the doctor and saw that I would be able to be seen and taken care of. She has a caring heart!
