ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN TAKE YOIR CHILD TOO THEY WOULD NOT GIVE YOU AN APPROPRIATE TIME FOR A VIST IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK / FEVRR THROWING UP NOTHING THEY GET YOUR CHILDS NAME WRONG ON PAPER THAT IS HORRIFYING UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! TAKE YOUR CHILD SOMEWHERE ELSE

Always do amazing with us and our son and is fast and on time. The environment is great.

I had just transferred Pediatricians the doctors are great here no complaints. But the staff on the other hand are rude. I know in there profession They're taught to have sympathy and bedside manner which they DONT have at all, they taunt the Patients Parents. I go in to sign my kids in the receptionist starts talking to me in Spanish "I tell her sorry I don't speak Spanish so she talks to me in English finish with her questions. I go and sit down. Then a few mins she calls my kids I go up she starts talking to me in Spanish again so I tell her I don't understand Spanish she start talking to me in English, I answer her questions again. Then I go and sit down. She calls me for the 3rd time starts talking to me in Spanish again I tell her I don't speak Spanish then the other 2 girls in the

Our kids have been patients more than 10 yrs, now that Dr Casillas has retired, some things have change for bad, I don’t have any difficulties with the nurses and CPNP, it’s the front desk that isn't kind and they take so long to attend calls, I have to wait more than 20 minutes in hold. When we arrive to the appointment we need to call to let they know we are outside, but how can be if they immediately put you in hold!!… and when you go to the door the girl is in a bad mood. I hope that they make some changes in attitudes because parents and patients need a cordial attention.

Lack of empathy from this new staff, they dont take time to listen to you, kids are sick and they dont care to tell you no we dont have anything till next week. sick of the way you call and they scheduling department transfers you to a "nurse line" not affiliated with this clinic. really down hill since they took over Dr Casillas patients. if I could give ZERO STARS I would.. pesimo servicio para todos los que no entiended Ingles, ahorren su energia y busquen un lugar competente, les falta empatia.
