The front desk ladies are nice and patient, I had an appointment and needed daycare paperwork filled out so I came back and lady was nice about it and was able to give them back same day I appreciate that! The nurses need a little more training with dealing with little ones they were saying my daughter was uncooperative because during the eye exam a shape of a cup was given an my 4yr old was shy and was taking her time to answer so nurse did not bother to to guide or show another one the hearing test was not administered to her but they were assuming my daughter was uncooperative so again a lady from the front desk approve for the test to be done and the nurse again not even trying or giving a 4yr old guidance was telling me that that is the reason why they mark 4yr olds as uncooperative

I really like this clinic . These ladies are there to work and do their jobs right . My kids leave happy and I leave happy as well . 🙏🏻🙂🫡

I was over charged in my May visit and then I came back in last week and was charged again. When I questioned it they said it I had a credit but yet they charged me? Refund won’t be issued for 6 weeks they said. What if I wouldn’t have questioned this? They would’ve kept my money. Makes me wonder how may patients have had money stolen from them in the past. I was told I would get a call from the billing department and I have yet to hear from them.

The worst clinic I have ever brought my kids these people do not have compassion at all!!!! especially the front office, receptionist with the curly hair, horrible inconsiderate people. I hope that if you have the opportunity to change your clinic, please do so they do not care. I am a person that does not have medical coverage by Medicaid or chip pay out of pocket customer, and they still failed to tell me many things that I needed to know beforehand And continuously made me feel as if they did not have any type of concussion for people in general Please, please save your time and go somewhere else. They do not deserve people to come to their clinic when they have that type of attitude, no compassion. Never again, will I come back!!

We lost our insurance coverage and had to change our pediatrician, which we were nervous about. So, we saw Dr. Allison Yu for the 1st time and absolutely loved everything about our experience with her! She took the time to discuss everything about their history with us and answer questions, making sure we didn't have any further questions. She gave us some great insights and education and we couldn't be happier about the move! 100 % recommend her & this office!
