Very disappointed, I had my appointments at 8:45 and never received a txt or email or phone call to tell me they would delay or have to move my appointments because of the weather. I did what I had to do to make it here regardless and the office is closed. I spoke with customer services and the guy was very rude and didn’t care. He was in a rush to hang up the call. They said due to the weather.

Dr. Liptokova is amazing! She is the pediatrician for all my children. Very attentive and she called me back after each result. Every staff always so helpful and patience towards all my children. The place always is and smells cleaned. We surely will miss this place.

The staff is all very friendly but this place is FILTHY (like heath/safety concern dirty) and not very helpful. We're new to El Paso and are on the hunt for a pediatric office and was recommended Dr. Liptacova. We've had 2 visits, the first visit we were charged for the appointment even though it's an annual exam covered by insurance. They corrected it but only after I challenged it. The second visit my daughter had a painful infected earlobe that would require a numbing agent. I called before to ensure they had such, and then made the appointment. We were there for an hour, just to be told they can't help and to go to an urgent care. But honestly, sitting in the back room waiting to be seen, I don't know if I would've even let them after seeing how disgusting the place it. It's very clear

My son has been a patient since he was newborn (he is know 17). The care has gotten progressively worse as the company has expanded (proving growth is not always a good thing (like cancer), it can be necrotic to the internal foundation of a company when done in a rapid and hast way. The office staff is anything but helpful. The appointments are like trying to win a cake walk and the courtesy and professionalism is anything but present. The receptionist always has a chip on her shoulder and can be rude and standoffish. If you are providing medical care to children, you should love what you do, not just be a body taking up room for a paycheck you didn't even earn.

Not a great experience… Some people shouldn’t work in pediatrics if they don’t like kids. I did not like how the nurse/assistant nurse who wore glasses and took vitals talked to my kids. I know it was at the end of the day and she was probably tired but that’s not the way to talk to kids. She also didn’t know how to conduct a proper hearing screening. I am going to be looking for a new location. Do not recommend. I had been going here since my oldest was born; however the front desk would always have attitude. I didn’t leave because I like the doctor/provider. But now I will be looking for other providers.
