MD Care Now

This place has came a very long way. Doctor Nate always does what he can to help everyone and always returns and answers calls he is a great doctor. The staff always make you feel comfortable and make a day of sickness feel brighter. Staff member Christina I feel like she is awesome shes been around since 2017 she always helps me and gives me good advice and even when I don't feel very she keeps a smile on my face. I really appreciate there services.

The first thing I noticed when I called was how very polite and respectful the front desk was. When I came for my appointment...I was greeted cheerfully and my visit went great. They seem truly interested everything about me. I am thrilled to have a new primary care provider who is willing to help me with my so many issues. Attentive is a great word to describe everyone in the office.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Nate for almost 4yrs and I’m more than happy with his professional care, he always listens to your needs and educates you on new meds how they work and what to expect. He is always on call and I mean it. Another thing he knows what is best for his patients. I drive a good 45min to go to my appointments and I will follow him anywhere he goes. And has we all know COVID has changed our way of living and yes sometime there will be days that you need to wait more than others but what doctor office do you go and you don’t wait let’s be real none he far I know. So I exhort everyone that is seeking for a good doctor to visit him and see for yourself how pleased and happy you will be on how great the team is and your health is on great hands no doubt.

I have been going there from out of town for years. The staff,doctors, and nurses are great. I always get excellent results, and the wait time is not bad at all, even though they are clearly very busy. They ask questions and truly listen to your answers. I actually know when I go there I will get better.

If I could put a negative star I would. MD Care Now in Stratford.I called the office last Friday and spoke to a man who took all of my information and set me up for a meet and greet appointment for this Thursday. I had to call the office to reschedule that appointment and the girl on the phone had no record of me whatsoever. She proceeded to put me on hold at least three times and then when she finally picked back up to hold a conversation with me she was talking to somebody else in the office and didn't much care about me! Now I'm glad they didn't put me in the system because what would it be like if I actually went to the office? Horrible. It's kind of scary that I gave all my information to someone along with name and address insurance and ID number and they have no record out of me!
