Negative. Too many people working behind the glass, nobody introduces themselves, no name tags and different people give you different answers. The doctor did not give us any feedback after 3 months of treatments- 20 consecutive, to be exact. We asked her 2-3 times for an update after 20 TMS (we traveled to both offices for consecutive treatments)…the “mapping” was done midpoint- to analyze progress? To ascertain certain information? Still not sure. One of the young ladies tried to explain it to us- when my daughter asked, someone (PA?) said there’s nothing to report….???? The phone rings and go to voicemail… certain ladies are virtual and are the best part of this team; always there for support.

The first time I Met Dr McMonigle, she was great but when I went back to my follow up appointment, they had me seen an PA. I do not appreciate that. I make appointment with the doctor if she is not going to be available, I feel that I should have been told before seeing her. It is the reason for then 3 stars. The doctor herself is great at what she does.

Dr. McMonigle is a breath of fresh air. She spent a lot of time with me, patiently answering my many questions, never making me feel rushed. She’s knowledgeable and a real pro. As if that weren’t enough, her office staff is great: very friendly, tech savvy and efficient.

I love this doctor. She has wonderful bedside manners. She’s very patient understanding and listens to all your needs that you need and when picking the doctor to me, that’s most important. I would recommend her to anyone else to get the experience that I have. Thank you doctor Mc MONIGLE

It’s friendly and clean. I’ve been seen by Judy. the PA. I haven’t met or seen Dr. McMonigle as of yet. I haven’t met more testing to get done, so we shall see.
