Dr. Vicky Van and her staff worked to help their patients, in keeping longer hours for the weight loss program on one day. Which help quite a few in being able to keep participating in this program. I am having success and look forward to the journey that this team is helping me in. Positive feedback.

I've been a customer of McIntosh Trail for 20+ years but the McMed side has really fallen off . The last 3 times that I or a family have come here they could not see us. Dropped by get a flu shot today and was told there was no provider in and I would need an appointment.

I requested a consultation with Dr Van and his staff worked me in within a couple of days. I was surprised that Dr Van personally discussed my situation with me. I wasn't rushed, he answered all my questions and explained my health plan for future treatment. We discussed his background and many years of experience and continuing education in the field of medicine I was inquiring about. Dr Van and his entire staff were very personable and knowledgeable and I left the office feeling very comfortable knowing they would be assisting me with my future medical needs.

The Saturday hours are incorrect. I drove one hour to get to the urgent care facility, October 19th. I get there at 8:45am. There are 3 other cars waiting for them to open. 9 am, nothing. Another lady and myself, walk up to the door. There is a piece of paper stating that there has been no Saturday hours since June 22nd. Their voice mail and online hours show Saturday morning hours. Very frustrating.

The staff were great. The equipment and room could use a good cleaning. That is hair on the black bottom.
