McMahon, Najam and Gable

Had a tooth filled in November, it is now February and the filling came out. I believe that Dr. Najam knew what my insurance covered and went outside of the boundaries set by my insurance. Dr. McMahon was an honest guy, I went to him for over 20 years. I am going to find a new dentist.

Thank you so much to Dr. Najam and his team, Elon, Alicia and Maria for a great experience with my crown. They made sure my temporary fit with perfection as well as the placement of my permanent crown. I highly recommend their service and greatly appreciate the care I received.

Worst customer service I evet encountered. They called me and threatened me with sending my bill to collections. I told her "Victoria" that I thought I already paid, and she said I didn't. So, I paid again. After going through my credit card statements for about an hour I found that indeed I had paid back in September. I called back and told her that I have the charge for $254 on my credit card and gave her the date. She then argued with me like I was lying and said it wasn't in her ledger. I said I didn't care it was on my credit card statement, and I thought that threatening me because they are incompetent bookkeepers was wrong. She hung up on me. I called back and she said she hung up because I was loud. I asked to speak to her supervisor, and she said I would have to wait until tomorro

Since Dr McMahon left this is awful now. Switching dentist because they have become cash grabbers who tell you you have 10 cavities and need to do however many filling after I’ve never had a cavity for 8 years. Really do not like these guys STAY AWAY LEAVE WHILE YOU CAN!!!!

As a new patient, my experience with Dr. Luong was deeply disappointing. My first appointment was abruptly canceled as I was walking into the office—without prior notice. At my rescheduled visit, I received a filling that was left rough and unpolished. The discomfort became unbearable within hours, prompting me to return the same day. When I returned the same day seeking relief, Dr. Luong dismissed my concerns and insisted nothing was wrong, making me feel gaslighted and unheard. She eventually agreed to polish the filling but did so with such force that it caused pain and bleeding gums. When I asked her to stop, she left the room without a word and never returned. This experience left me feeling unheard, mistreated, and anxious about seeking further dental care. I would not recommend th
