I am very fearful of going to the dentist due to past experiences with other dentists. Not only did everyone at McLoughlin Dental Care make me feel safe, they made me feel comfortable with my fear and even took time to listen. From the front desk to the doctor, they were all so kind. The dental hygienist took time before the cleaning to explain everything -- every step of the way. They took such good care of me and were kind in the process. 100% recommend.

This experience was nothing more than a hustle. I contacted McLaughlin dental Care telling them I was in need of an emergency extraction they then set me an appointment that I made it to only to find out that only intended to charge me for x-rays and then refer me somewhere else. I was told by the doctor as well as another employee that they don't do those kind of extractions or rarely any back teeth extractions. Which that's all fine if they would have notified me when I called saying I needed my back tooth extracted. Instead my time was wasted so that a business could do business instead of provide the service that I needed. It seems as if McLaughlin dental cares business model is money over everything. The people are great and the service is top notch. The dental assistant gave me a better explanation of my upcoming dental implant than the outside surgeon did. They really take good care of you.
