I have been with doctor Gupta for the last 20 years and I have no words to describe the good service received in those years from all the staff, please keep up the good work you are doing. One of the best team! From your patient Daoud!

I have filed an ADA complaint against Dr. Ambrish Gupta for the lack of access to the bathroom given that the bathroom has been filthy for weeks, with encrusted feces. The handicapped stall is unusable; a crisis as my husband has dementia and is confined to a wheelchair. Avoid this doctor at all costs; surely a doctor who owns a building should prioritize hygienic facilities. I would not trust the cleanliness of a doctor who owns and does not clean the bathroom.

I highly recommend McLean Medical Center, Dr. Gupta, and the whole staff! Dr. Gupta is extremely professional and knowledgeable! The Doctors at McLean Medical Center are the most empathetic, and caring, I’ve ever had! The staff literally go above and beyond for you! It’s beyond refreshing and the best feeling knowing I have a doctor who genuinely cares and staffs who are very patient, and takes care of me the moment I walked in. I love their approach. They are not rip off! They explain the cost one by one. They are actually honest, and care for their patients. I will forever be grateful I found such an amazing practice!

Wonderful Clinic! Walked in this morning on a referral from the military and was seen in a matter of minutes, and in 30 minutes I was out with the pharmacy prescription and heading home. Wonderful staff - extremely friendly and helpful.

Really frustrating experience. The front desk refused to call the number on the back of my insurance card, and were insisting that my procedure was not covered by insurance. This is even though I called the insurance directly, and they said it was. The rep on the phone told them they could call the provider number, and they refused to do that as well. There are other urgent care options in McLean, so I wouldn't go to this one if you can avoid it. Edit: the reply below is a direct lie. They were looking up my coverage at the wrong provider. That is the whole issue, and they were neither willing to listen to the insurance company on my phone, nor call them directly. Be prepared for this type of stubbornness if you see care from these folks.
