I was clean I was a little lost, because it was gotten dark and their clinic that I went to is at night, and I didn't know this what it was, but it was nice. It was a nice place. The people were nice, the the receptionist that the tech in was nice, I I'm the veterinary assistant that that went through all our our vitals and stuff like that was was a really nice young man and the doctor she was really nice too. And of course, we didn't fix my dog, but we still don't know what's wrong with her, so, but I think it's a good place.Neither one of my dogs I had took them both and didn't seem to be anxious about the place.So that's a good sign

We brought junior in with an infected tail. These folks have went above and beyond to care for our Jun. He was born here in our home and means so much to our family. They have treated him and us with the best care of any vet I've been to. Working with us on the down payment and setting up payments plans to explaining every detail of his care threw this difficult time. We will definitely let everyone know about our awesome experience and this will be our permanent vet. Thank you for all you are doing for our Jun Jun ❤️ 💯🙏🏻

I definitely recommend McKinney Animal Hospital. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have a chronic allergy dog who gets expensive. I appreciate that the doctors are always mindful and help keep the cost as low and reasonable as they can while still giving my dog great care. We also had one of our dogs groomed here and she came back SO cute! They even gave me a little picture of her after her first haircut. Very happy with the service and knowledge in all aspects!

I don't want to knock this place too hard because the reception employees are beyond awesome and that is what keeps this from being a 1-star review. We were visiting the area while traveling for a few weeks camping and our 1 dog, Henry Ford, looked like he had an ear infection. So, we called our home vet for advice, and they suggested we get him in right away at a local vet to check the ear drum. My husband called this facility, and they got us in within hours. The facility itself is well-maintained and well-stocked with pet supplies. The receptionists, including Tracy, were very nice. The issue we had was the vet- Dr. Knox. I am not quite sure if she was having a bad day, a bad week, doesn't like her job, or what but there was a complete lack of interpersonal skills with humans and anima
