I cannot say enough great things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, you’re always welcomed by smiling, friendly faces at the front desk. They genuinely ask how you’re doing and take the time to check if there’s anything specific you’d like addressed, which immediately makes you feel cared for and heard. The waiting area is calm and relaxing, with plenty of magazines to browse while you wait. You’re then greeted by a dental hygienist who is consistently welcoming, professional, and gentle. Dr. McKinley has an amazing staff that truly cares about you. They're not only friendly and have great customer service but they're very knowledgeable. I only wish they were open later and on Fridays! I'm grateful they're open at 7 AM! Fantastic Dentist great music, great ambience, highly trained staff and amazing experience. Even though I had 100% coverage with no deductible and and no copay for crown but they charged me $560 before they would do it..my United Ins. paid them in full 1 week after my visit, I called four times in 2 months and the front desk office mgr. continued to give me the runaround saying they couldn't write checks from the office and would have to come from their billing co. but wouldn't give me their name ..she kept saying she would tell them again ..even after my ins. co. called them to dispute as they were paid in full but still kept my money. Part time resident for 11 years on Hilton Head Island, but have my dentist in TN for the past 20 years. I had a minor emergency tooth break and needed a dentist here. I called several and left messages. Only one returned my call, but they said, "no new patients".
