They’re nice people, but they’re pretty incompetent. If you want a chill place to get cleanings, theres nothing wrong with going here. However, if you need fillings or if you have a toothache, go somewhere else. They told me I had three cavities, and the doctor said “We’re going to fill two of them, and wait to do the other one.” Then, he and the dental hygienist got into a disagreement. She was like, “why would you wait? Fill it now.” Eventually the doctor won because it’s his practice. So fast forward to when I get two or my cavities filled, now my other tooth hurts, and they didn’t fill this one. After not seeing a dentist since I was ten years old ,here I was at Dr Mackay's office haveing a mist pleasent visit with wonderful careing people who understood my plight and were very helpful as to my concerns. To hey were very informative and courteous.and fun to Converse with even explaining the x-rays to me because really wanted to understand how bad my situation was.thankfully it was all explained and understandable thanks a very wonders woman who converst with very well ..Dr McKay was recommended to me by someone to that was was his patient years ago and I highly highly recommend anyone needing dental Care to visit his office and have a pleasant visit like I have ..by the way Jim forgot to mention I am 69 years old..

Dr. McKay is the best of the best for the services he offers.Yesterday I had a concern of possble infection after no issues for 7 years with full mouth implants. They took me in immediately and Dr. McKay's examination eased my concern. Dr. McKay is caring and humble about his extensive research for years at the UConn Dental School and his recognition as a Master of Dentistry. His wealth of experience and 100% focus on the patient's perspective provides the peace of mind we all want from medical professionals.

At first when I arrived, I was worried I was at the wrong address as this place is an old home converted into a dentist office. But, the employees there are incredibly kind and accommodating! I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend this dentist!

At first with this appointment I was feeling very overwhelmed as there was some misunderstanding between me and dr. Farah. This is partly my fault as I have massive anxiety in life along with the dentist and I don’t ask the questions I should and just agree with everything the dentist tells me even if I don’t agree with the plan fully. However after I wrote my review she saw it and reached out immediately with all of my concerns and absolutely put my mind at ease. I wish I just asked these questions instead of assuming she didn’t care (as I had horrible experiences with other dentist office’s) who just wanted to rip teeth out because that is not at all what this office is trying to do.
