Got my braces done here from 2019-2021. David & his team did a very good job as far as making my teeth look a lot better goes. However, the aftermath was quite stressful. The clinic is not able to replicate the initial retainers they give you. So if you lose them, you will lose a lot of the progress made with the braces. Additionally, the Vivera retainers that were suggested by the clinic as the best ones available did not do a good job. They let gaps form. When I voiced this concern, David was kind enough to make me two additional retainers made in his lab, but even they were not as good as the original retainers. Dr McIntosh and his team are the absolute best. They were thoughtful and thorough in the ortho process for our kids. The office is clean and welcoming. Communication is effective and clear. If you’re in the Maitland/Winter Park area, you’ll want to make this your ortho office. High recommended!
