Didn’t even have a chance to be seen because the supervisor thinks she’s a licensed physician and thinks it’s ok to give people unwanted medical advice, even tho that’s highly illegal and unprofessional and it was not asked for. I wasn’t even speaking to this employee. She took it upon herself to insert herself into my conversation with the other employee taking my information. Then on top of that she wants to act like she has no one to answer to when I asked to speak to her supervisor. This employee ( suazana a ) should be fired before she causes a major lawsuit.

The urgent care doctor is completely unprofessional. I do not remember his name but he is short and chubby. He does not attend the patient correctly. We have went on two separate occasions. I went about a month ago because my tons were severely inflamed and infected…. it hurt to even talk. I’m prone to getting tonsillitis quite often so it’s nothing new. After only hearing my description he had the audacity to say it was nothing and i probably just had tonsil stones… without even checking me. He stood firm on that statement and said he couldn’t give me any medication and that i just needed water…… Once the test results came in neither him nor the LVN could tell me what i had after multiple times of asking them. All they said was that they were going to give me two shots and prescription. H

A total rip off Urgent Care , $100 up front to see Doctor, $372 after. Total of $472.00 and this after 30% off per Supervisor/ Susana Alvarado. So in reality total bill $680. If I know this upfront, I would've shoot my self dead. Here is the one million $ question How they know I have this kine of money?

Don’t waist your time if you think the ER can take care of it. Coming from manager that just by LOOKING at my child and not running any test or checking vitals and just sending them to ER it’s a “visit” and they are still charging me the visit. So VOID a double payment and go straight to ER:)

I usually come here when I am sick or feeling like I did today, overwhelmed with my sinuses and heavy chest, trouble catching my breath. I have been coming here for the past 2 years and always recieved polite care and actual help. Today was different. The girl on the phone couldn't direct me to the online check-in, just kept repeating that it was an option and when I asked her to walk me thru it she couldn't. Nor could she find it her self.
