MCH Urgent Care

My special needs son and I needed to get tested for COVID. We went on a Sunday around 12. I was out before 1. We were positive and they treated my son with understanding and compassion. They were patient and caring when giving him meds for his fever and during the test. I would definitely go here again !

So I went in because my son is sick. Pretty late. Almost 7. She was kind enough to let me know that going to see them would cost me an ER copay instead of just an urgent care copay. $300 or $55. She referred me another clinic and even called them to make sure they’d still see us that late and that they would only charge $55. I live her. Thank you so much for helping someone who didn’t even end up seeing your doctor

Wow! I'm at a lost for words at how bad my experience was. I got there right after they opened and was there for 3 hrs! I had to leave to get my child from school and they refused to work with me. Finally I asked for a refill for a medication I've been on for yrs (my primary couldn't see me) and was refused even though my primary is with the MCH system. The nursing staff was rude I didn't get the medical care I needed and I'm self pay. So I'm jusy out the money. I flat out feel victimize by this clinic. I was robbed!

Showed up at 815pm with a scratch to my cornea. Was the only place open on a Friday night. Other than the ER and I didn’t think I needed that for a scratch. They close at 830 but I was more than welcomed, stayed until about 9 getting treatment and eye drops. I felt so bad making them stay after closing but they were so nice. I would recommend this urgent care.

The receptionist did not even acknowledge my daughter when she went up to the desk, and when she finally ask the lady behind the desk for help she picked up the phone and acted like she was talking to someone. The lady finally asked my daughter “can I help you?” Like seriously, she has been standing there for 5 mins, what why do you think she’s there? Of course she needs help. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. This is the face of your facility and this how she treat people. The first person you encounter when you walk through the door, and she acts as if you don’t exist. SMH.
