This practice purchases information from data brokers irresponsibly. I know this because they sent an invitation to my deceased father for a special hearing event. He died in 2018. Do better.

I had a broken hearing aid. Dr. Hoffmeyer had it repaired in 5 minutes!!

Went to McDonnell Hearing Solutions after visiting another local audiologist who wanted nothing more than to sell me very expensive hearing aids that I did not need. I was rather apprehensive going to another office. I met with Shawn and Dr. McDonnell who conducted a hearing test and actually explained the results to me!! Dr. McDonnell was extremely kind and patient with me. She answered all my questions and fitted me with a pair of hearing aids suited for me. In addition to saving literally thousands of dollars, I felt that Dr. McDonnell and her staff cared about me. After a few minor adjustments, which were always done quickly and efficiently, I am very happy with my hearing aids. I would definitely recommend McDonnell Hearing Solutions!

Went here for a VA benefit appointment, no personality, just quickly "tested", rushed out the door and no idea about results. She did say VA didn't doesn't allow giving results but I would have liked her talking to me about hearing loss and maybe setting something up for treatment down the road. But, no, just felt like I was an annoyance. Would not go there for treatment now even if I find out I have hearing loss. Drove an hour and a half for 15 minutes of waiting and 15 minutes of testing.
